Mochi by Sophia Taylor
You might be wondering what Mochi is? Well, Mochi is a sweat Rice Ice-Cream cake that is very well known in Japan and a little in America too. Mochi was invented by Frances Hashimoto, a business leader in LA’s little Tokyo neighborhood. He fought to preserve the neighborhood’s Japanese cultural traditions and he invented the popular fusion dessert known as mochi ice-cream. Sadly, he died of lung cancer at age 69.
This dessert is delicious sweet and very healthy. It provides your body with a handful of beneficial nutrients including bone- strengthening calcium, blood- pressure-lowering potassium, and energizing B vitamins.
